Sean has over 23 years of broad-based business experience in Sales, Marketing, General Management, Customer Relations, and E-Commerce. He is a versatile communicator with expertise leading sales teams as well as diverse service teams in pursuit of business process improvement, business / technology integration, team development, and leadership development. Sean is a respected and results oriented professional who has focused on a coaching style of management since 1985. He worked with Executive Mentoring & Coaching, Inc. in Los Angeles from 1998-2006 prior to launching his own Executive Coaching practice.
Sean has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as CSX Corporation, Automatic Data Processing, and Sirva, Inc. as well as for three start-up companies during his career. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts and received his Master’s of Liberal Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He has earned a Professional Coaching Certificate from the University of New Hampshire in Durham.
